Please be sure to include:
a) Copies of records detailing investigations, findings and reports collated by the Gauteng Department of Health in relation to the distribution of fake goods and any recorded effects;
b) Copies of records showing the classes of goods that have been affected, confiscated and are still in circulation;
c) Copies of records on health reports collated by Health Inspectors on these confiscated goods;
d) Copies of records detailing current measures adopted by the Gauteng Department of Health to curb further distribution of these counterfeit goods and educating affected communities;
e) Copies of policies, strategies or plans illustrating sustained long term measures to curb the circulation of counterfeit goods.
